No, it is not granular. It is a vitamin C supplement of a liquid type liposome (Lypo-capsule). Because of the raw liposomes, they diffuse when placed in water. Granular products are tend to clump when mixed into water.

By confining nutrients within, it can defend from the effects of the digestive fluid and oxidation, resulting in instant absorption in the small intestine. It is an innovative nutritient transportation system that is also used in medicine. A Lypo-capsule is an even smaller and more structured liposome.

Lypo-capsules are high-quality liposomes that are homogenized at about 100nm. Conventional liposomes were also ultra-fine, but can vary in size. Lypo-capsules rectified this drawback through a manufacturing patent.

It is found that unabsorbed vitamin C can cause stomach pain and diarrhea. Since this product is liposomal, the absorption rate is higher than that of conventional vitamin C supplements. Because of this, there have been no reports of stomach pain or diarrhea since Lypo-C was released. However, different side effects may occur due to individual physical conditions. If you are worried, please try first with a small amount.
